We look to do things differently by transforming the traditional renovation approach whereby the homeowner manages an architect, draftsmen, builder, designer, council DA's, permits and consents, suppliers and co-ordinating trades.
Instead, we are a design and build renovation company that works with you to coordinate all from start to finish and ultimately reduce the risk of your project going over time and budget.
Initial Consultation Brief
STEP 1
Book a consultation appointment. our project manager will listen to all your ideas to then place them into a real time 2D, 3D concept plan so you can see what you are building. Once you have your ideas entered into the concept plan, step 2.
Concept plans
STEP 2
With a clear understanding of your renovation goals, your project manager will arrange for a set of architectural coplans to be drawn up. This allows your consultant to assess whether or not your ideas are feasible, and allows you to point out any changes you would like in the design.
STEP 3
Next, working drawings will be developed. These will take into account the engineering, structural, design and aesthetic decisions you have made. If you would like to make any further changes, now is the time to do so. From there, your project manager will present you with a quote as well as a contract. A certifier is appointed and plans submitted to council for a DA, CDC or CC.
Construction phase
STEP 4
The fun part! Every aspect of the build will be managed for you, allowing you to carry on with your everyday life. Your project manager will do coordinate your project to keep it on schedule. and to budget.
Finished Renovation
STEP 5
The final stage is for your project manager to ensure that all Council documentation is complete. Enjoy the new space!!
